What should I wear?

Our dress code is dressy casual. We encourage guests to dress up a bit from their everyday attire but also keep comfort in mind. Dresses, jumpsuits, skirts, trousers, button-downs, and other polished casual options are all welcome. Since parts of the celebration will take place outdoors, we recommend comfortable shoes and bringing a jacket, wrap, or sweater for the cooler evening temperatures.

Is the ceremony outdoors?

Yes! The ceremony and post-dinner celebration will both be outdoors. We’ll have heat lamps, blankets, and indoor spaces available throughout the evening to keep everyone comfortable. That said, we recommend bringing a layer for after sunset.

What will the weather be like?

Late October is one of our favorite times of year in Reno! You can expect classic fall weather with sunny afternoons, crisp evenings, and lots of sunshine. Daytime temperatures are typically in the mid- to upper 60s, with evenings in the 50s. Dressing in layers is a great way to stay comfortable throughout the day.

Is parking available? Will transportation be provided?

Street parking is readily available near our ceremony location and we recommend leaving your car there for the duration of the celebration. We’ll provide transportation via shared Ubers from the ceremony to the dinner venue and back to the ceremony location afterward. While street parking is also available near the dinner venue, it can be limited and difficult to find so we encourage everyone to ride over and back together using the provided transportation.

Can I bring a guest?

We are keeping this celebration small and are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If you have any questions about your invitation, please feel free to reach out to us over call or text.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and getting settled.

Can I take photos?

We encourage everyone to take photos throughout the celebration! We will not have a professional photographer, so the photos taken by our guests will be the main photos we have from the event (no pressure lol). After the wedding, we’ll share a Google Drive link where everyone can upload and share their photos so we can all enjoy them together.

We’ll also have disposable cameras available at the ceremony and reception and we encourage guests to use them throughout the afternoon and evening.
